A plant built around one product
MODULX Composites & Casting Pvt. Ltd. has made Diesel Exhaust Fluid since 2020 and sells it as MODULX Genuine D.E.F. The 500 m² plant in Bhiwadi can produce more than 5,000 tonnes a month. It purifies its own water, mixes and filters on automated lines, and tests every batch in its own laboratory before packing.
Fleet operators, workshops, industries and vehicle makers across India use it to keep their SCR systems working and their engines within emission norms.

Urea concentration, density, refractive index, alkalinity, biuret and more are checked batch by batch against the limits in ISO 22241. Our DEF is BIS approved, and a batch that misses a limit doesn't ship.
